This type of robot is used to unmold the bakery products from a pan after they have been baked. The products are usually transferred to a cooler.

• The robot stops gently, to prevent any damage in the products.
• The pieces can be laid either in the same position they were taken or in a different position.
• One robot may work with different pan models, just changing the header.
