The cooler is a conveyor that use to be installed after a continuous oven, and whose function is to keep the products at room temperature the necessary time to get an appropriate temperature for packing. Cooling is natural, not forced.

The conveyor makes a multilevel run in order to exploit the available room. The trays of the conveyor have many holes to improve the air flow. The cooler can have a straight or spiral layout, depending on the line and the room.
